Recently, Rise Against Hunger India, an international hunger relief organization, donated 50 large bags of kitchari (rice, lentils and vegetables) to the Sandipani Muni school, which was prepared for school lunch and provided nourishment to about 600 to 700 children. Kitchari is known for its nutritional value, making it the perfect school meal. There is no doubt that with an empty stomach you cannot study, memorize and be focused.
