“A Promise for Every Child”

Children’s Day reminds us of the importance of nurturing and empowering the over 1,500 girls we serve. Many of these girls come from rural areas and slums where education is often out of reach due to poverty, early marriage, and societal expectations. It is painful to know that around 2 million children in India remain out of school, and 27% of girls marry before the age of 18, denying them the chance to dream beyond their circumstances. But at FFLV, we work every day to change this narrative.

We’ve seen how education has changed these girls’ lives. With help from FFLV, many have escaped poverty, delayed early marriages, and become strong, independent women. Let’s make it a promise to give every child the chance to thrive and build a brighter future.
